Please, read the current buying conditions:

1. The puppies will be delivered in 60 days of having been born with cut tail and long ears, without parasites, vaccinated, tattooed and with a microchip of the FCM.

2. The breeder will process the exportation pedigree (blue) in the FCM and he will have it arrived endorset to the new owner without additional cost, along with copies of pedigrees of the parents and copies of the titles obtained by both parents.

3. The next litter " B" von Andy Arthur is predicted for the first semester of next year 2009, the mother of the puppies will be our imported dog of Holland Gravin Vianna van Neerlands Stam (ZTP V1B, HD1, BH) and the father will be a Dobermann like minimum with ZTP, probably repeats the previous crossing of the Litter " A" , with Ramiro von Weser-EMS, imported from Germany (ZTP SG 1A, HD1, SchH III, IPO III, BH, Best Producer DCM 2006, Best Dobermann Work in Mexico 2006 and 2007).

4. The price of a puppy "von Andy Arthur", son of 2 Dobermanns with ZTP and HD of the DV, is of 14,000 Mexican pesos if the puppy is got in the kennel in Guadalajara, or 15,000 Mexican pesos if it is sent to any part of the Mexican Republic by Aviacsa airline, including medical certificate, card of vaccination, transporting box, and any other cost that is generated by the shipment.

5. The price for the rest of America, excepting Mexico, is 1,900 USD Plus the cost of shipment, the cost of shipment includes payment of transport by air line (Aviacsa) until Mexico DF, customs payment of transport by air line from Mexico DF to the destiny country, expenses, transporting box, veterinary certificate and other expenses that the shipment generates international.

6. When to reserve a puppy will be 3,000 Mexican pesos in the case of Mexico, or 400 USD in the case of the rest of America like deposit will be paid, which will lose the buyer in case of cancelling the purchase before the final delivery.

7. The rest of the payment will be due to pay at any time before the delivery of the puppy around the 2 months of been born, or at the time of the delivery, or before the shipment, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

8. At the time of the delivery, the person who cannot complete the total payment will lose the right to the purchase of the puppy and will lose the money paid initially, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

9. If by some reason, either death of the puppy before the delivery, some problem of health or another cause that the seller disables to give the puppy, will be reimbursed the TOTAL of the money deposited initially and will be the buyer in list for the next litter.

10. If the puppy has any of the following hereditary problems, he will be replaced by another puppy when there is availability, or the total of the paid money will be given back when buying it, PREVIOUS RETURN of the defective dog to the deposit in good conditions of health:

- Lack of teeth (After having been had 6 completed months)
- Prognatism
- Enognatism
- Monorquidism
- Displaxia coxo femoral in grade III of DV or high (After 1 year)

11. If the von Andy Arthur dog obtained from our kennel, reach any of the following award, we will give the owner 100.00 USD or the equivalent in mexican pesos as an impulse to work with his dog:

- ZTP
- SchH I (VPG, RCI, IPO) (The first time when he pass the level I)
- Korung
